Terms & Conditions

These terms govern all services provided by SLP Media Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

Quotations are valid for 30 days. Work begins on receipt of the agreed setup fee. Monthly services are billed in advance and may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice unless otherwise agreed.

Website deliverables are approved in writing by the client. Two rounds of revisions are included unless the proposal states otherwise.

Ad spend is paid by the client directly to the advertising platform and is never marked up by SLP Media.

Performance fees, where agreed, are calculated on revenue verifiably attributable to campaigns we run, as recorded in the shared CRM pipeline.

Liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
