SLP Media Ltd ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through slp-media.com. We collect only what you give us, typically your name, email, phone number and a description of your project when you request a call.

We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange calls, and deliver services you engage us for. Lawful basis: legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry) and contract (delivering agreed services).

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the processors needed to run the business (hosting, CRM, communication tools), each under their own data processing terms.

We keep enquiry data for 24 months from last contact, and client data for the duration of the engagement plus statutory retention periods.
