How we filled a renovator's diary in three weeks (Innova case study)

New site, new ad creative, new follow-up flow — and a diary full of site visits.

Innova Bespoke Interiors are a high-end bathroom and renovation specialist out of West London. Their existing site was old, the lead flow was inconsistent, and they were leaning hard on word of mouth. They came to us in early November 2025. Three weeks later, the diary was full to mid-February.

What we did, week by week

Week 1

Audit and rebuild. New site live in 36 hours on the Custom tier. Three things changed at the structural level: the hero now stated 'bespoke bathrooms across West London,' the primary CTA became a 15-min call (instead of 'request a quote'), and the proof section pulled five real Google reviews tied to real names and locations.

Week 2

Meta ads stood up. Three creative angles tested in parallel: handheld phone footage of a job mid-build, before/after carousel, owner-on-camera explaining the process. The handheld outperformed the other two by 2.7x on cost per booked visit.

Week 3

AI follow-up wired in. SMS within 60 seconds of every Meta lead, WhatsApp inside 90 seconds, calendar link in both. Booked-visit rate from Meta lead jumped from 18% to 41% inside a week.

What we would do differently

We left the existing brand colours alone in the rebuild. In hindsight we should have proposed a tighter palette in week one — the brand was using too many accent colours, and the new site inherited that visual noise. We tightened it three weeks later but it should have been earlier.

We also should have set up review-request automation in week 1 instead of week 4. Every won job should generate a review prompt 7 days post-completion. We were leaving social proof on the table for a month.

Speed compounds. The faster you ship something credible, the faster the next decision can be made on real data, not assumptions.

Innova is now in month five. Won-job rate has held above five per month for four consecutive months. We have not changed the site since week four. The system is doing the work.
